1. What if I could not log in my account?
Your login username is the email address you used for registration.
If you have forgotten your password, please click the "Forgot password" button. Complete the information regarding your registration details and select the "Reset your password" option.

If you are still unable to access your account, you can send emails to our Customer Service at service@4Monster.com. We will fix this problem for you.

 

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Your order will be dispatched the next 3 business days.

 

3. Can I get a discount if I make a larger order?

Yes, the more pieces you purchase, the higher the discount. For example, if you buy 100 pieces, you will get a 5% discount. If you are interested in purchasing more than 100 pieces, we would be happy to provide you with a quote. Please contact our wholesales Department on Sales@4Monster.com comand provide the following information:
- The product(s)(or SKU) that you are interested in
- The exact quantity for your product(s)

- Which country do you from

- Your contact info
Our wholesales Department will reply to you within 48 hours.

 

4. Do you use cookies?

5. How can I track my order?

Typically we will send a confirmation letter to you when your order has been shipped, including your tracking number. If you can do not know your tracking number, please contact our customer service at service@4Monster.com.

 

6. How do I cancel or change my order?

If you want to cancel or change your order, please contact our customer service at service@4Monster.com with your issue. Please tell us what you want we to do with the original order. Once your order has been dispatched, we could not change the order for you.

 

7. How do I return my order?

We hope you can be satisfied with your shopping at our website.

But if you do really want to return your order, please contact our customer service at service@4Monster.com to get your shipping address and tell us your issue with the pictures which the product is something wrong.

We accept the return within 30 days, and the product must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged and in original packaging with tags attached. If the items are damaged, worn, have stain or we are unable to resell them, there will be a certain amount of handling fee. We will only be able to refund you half of the price for the items.

Customers will be responsible for all charges, and the shipping and handling fee is not refundable.

 

8. How long does the refund to be processed?

Typically, once we receive your return, we will refund you within 7 business days. But the exact days depend on your bank.
